The company was incorporated under Kenya’s laws in 2017 to represent ITM Africa's vision, mission, and core values.
ITM AFRICA was founded in 2011 by Mr. Sylva MONGA. The company started as a corporate training and staff management provider under “International Training & Motivation Ltd.” ITM Africa became one of the leading and popular human capital organizations specializing in skills development and overall staff management. In 2016 the company experienced an unprecedented overseas expansion, leading to ITM Holding Group forming. Currently, ITM operates in South Africa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Angola, Tanzania, Germany, Nigeria, Benin, Congo-Brazzaville, Zambia, Togo, Uganda and Rwanda forming the ITM Holding Group.
